At Stylestellar, we carefully select unique, high-quality products in collaboration with international suppliers. We want you to have the best possible experience, and we offer solutions if something doesn't go as expected.


1. Defective or Incorrect Products

✅ If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, we will offer you an immediate solution: a full refund or a free replacement.

Conditions:

  • Notify us within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • Include clear photos of the item received and its packaging.

2. Returns Due to Change of Mind

As we operate on a made-to-order basis with external suppliers, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preferences.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and sizing information before purchasing.


3. Refunds

Once a claim for a defective or incorrect product is approved, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.


4. Shipping Costs

  • If the error was ours or the supplier’s, we will cover all costs.

  • In other cases, we cannot cover or manage physical returns.
